Customer connections
The connection of legal and natural persons’ facilities to the grid of the company ‘Elektrodistribucija’ shall be made in compliance with the ‘Connection Approval’ issued by the Company.
The connection approval to the grid of Elektrodistibucija is required for:
- construction of a new building requiring to be connected to the grid, or installation of renewable sources generators for personal use or for sale
- increase of customer’s approved maximal simultaneous power in the grid
- connection change or grid reconstruction at user’s request
- separation of facility electrical installations already connected to the grid
- merging of facility electrical installations already connected to the grid
- the Connection Approval request form is sent to the Energo Center of ‘Elektrodistribucija’ Customer Center.
